Few people that snore know that they snore, because obviously they are asleep as they do it. So it isn’t personal experience that tells them instead it is someone who has witnessed and had there sleep disturbed because of it. For instance, did you know that when you snore you actual sweat more in your sleep? Your body is put through such strain as you snore that it actually causes your body to sweat. Some of them are irritability, mood swings, depression, and hypertension. None of these are desirable and are more common to occur to someone who snores.

Snoring can be a sign to other problems as well, snoring is often caused by being overweight which is a precursor to many other problems. Also smoking can cause snoring as well. Be aware of the signs your body is trying to tell you, it may be telling you that you need to take better care of it.
