You should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. You could also include milk and juice to your meals. Strenuous activities are not really advisable. Start your exercise moderately with a simple walk around the neighborhood. It can strengthen your body’s performance and keep you physically fit.

Make your appointment with your physician. This must be done right after a week of delivery. Always make the appointment to visit the obstetrician to know your present condition and what things that your still need to do or not to do.
